4x20 Weighted Jumping Squats --> land soft on knees and bounce up in heels with glutess engaged as much as possible. Get low if you can, explode upwards.

4x15 Sumo Deadlifts - squeeze with legs & glutess
Slow and controlled. Go low and heavy, lift with glutes/hammies/hip thrust at top, do not lift with arms or back.

Cable kickbacks 4x20 each leg. Pause at top. Squeeze and pulse it up until it burns. Form and time over tension. Go up in weight after you can pause the reps up top. Do not engage low back --> focus on glutess and hammies only.
