@ELLE UK Deputy Picture Editor, Cat Pykett (@catpykett), and Designer, Kelsey Freeman (@kels_elle), getting sweaty for London’s new fitness training studio, Metabolic London (@metabolicldn). We did 55 minutes of HIIT and strength training which included lots of kettle bell swings, jumping lunges and goblet squats, with (killer) burpees added in for good measure. We’re aching today but it was well worth it!
