A slight lack of focus cost me the title. David Firnenburg beat me due to attempts because I wasn't able to complete this problem! But despite being competitive and wanting to win every time I step on the mat I can't help but feeling happy for him. He's a great climber and deserves every bit of respect for the hard work he puts in every winter to come back stronger! Good job bro ??
In the end it was a great comp in front of one of the loudest crowds we ever had at nationals and I was really pleased with how I felt on the wall!
Can't wait for Vail with a strong and motivated team ?
