The three-time heavyweight boxing champion, nicknamed 'The Greatest', died aged 74 from 'septic shock due to unspecified natural causes'.⠀

Ali was born Cassius Marcellus Clay, but changed his name to Muhammad Ali when he converted to Islam in the 1970s. He was involved in several historic boxing matches including the 'Rumble in the Jungle' in Zaire against George Foreman. ⠀
