Hey New Zealand ??. Tough night out for the #BritishLionhearts tonight as we fell short 4-1 against a very strong #AstanaArlans squad. Very happy to come away with an individual victory to top off an extremely intense 5 week tour.
Huge thank you first to my Coach Rik Ellis @ringsidehamilton for your relentless quest to bring the best out of me day in and day out. Our journey had only just begun.
To the @gbboxing coaches and staff, it's been an honour representing you and I'm very thankful for the opportunity to learn and grow under your supervision.
To the remaining Lionhearts (including my fellow kiwi teammates), we're gonna need some matches and a lot of gas next week if we are going to swing this semi-final back in our favour!?⛽ Last but not least to my family, friends and fans back home. Thank you for your love and support. I've been pretty homesick this last few weeks but your energy reminds me everyday why I play this silly sport.
