This is Chris standing on a cliff, in the place where I grew up. It's a special place in Corsica where nature is highly protected. The air is pure, the water is crystal clear and you're not allowed to fish, dive, or build in some places, as you can see from the photo. You can't have a swimming pool. The list is long. It should be one of the cleanest places on earth, yet after a big storm, our beaches would be absolutely covered in trash and plastic. We would spend days cleaning, knowing that it was just a small thing we could do to help but keeping at it. The thing is, nature doesn't have frontiers, and we're all in this together. And what's happening right now is driving me absolutely crazy and making me very sad, but I hope it will push all of us towards more personal responsibility and action so we can turn a negative into a positive.
