@to_fitspo progress using my #bbg program!! She says “ "The days are long, but the years are short." This is so true for both #momlife and #bbglife amiright?! The daily grind of motherhood can be HARD, but holy hell it is SO worth it. Especially when another year goes by and you're like "What?! When did that happen? Why is my baby growing up? STOP GROWING." But at the same time you are cherishing every new skill they master, every new word, the new glimpses you see of their bright personality...so you encourage it as much as you can, because watching your babies grow is the most beautiful thing. *

Then there's our fitness journeys. The burpees are HARD. As are the commandos, the jumping lunges, the Russian twists, tricep dips and decline push ups. But suddenly you've finished three rounds of bbg and you look in the mirror and can SEE the difference that daily grind has made. Your body starts to catch up to how you FEEL inside, a feeling that started kicking in much sooner than your muscles did. It's energy, confidence and strength, and it is SO worth the daily struggle.
