I'm open heartedly finally sharing the news that @レイドバック・ルーク and I have decided to "no longer be married" (as we phrased it for EvaLina our daughter) We have decided to focus on giving EvaLi two happy parents. We are in a great amicable place, and from that space we will be able to co-parent healthily.. please respect our family's privacy during this period. We thank you for all the love you've given us throughout the years. My hand is in #gyanmudra , This mudra increases the vaayu or air element within the body, which empowers the mind, causing a positive effect on emotions and leading to enlightenment.
