start with yourself. start looking at all the dark places you hide from others that btw we (your good friends or ppl who pay attention to you) already know. Start by asking where could I have been kinder today? To myself, to others? Where could I have been more compassionate today? Where could I have communicated more clearly and what could I have given up today in order to have brought a bit more love, light and joy into this world? Your ego, pride, the need to be right? And then start giving yourself more love and compassion today. Every day, give yourself some kindness and gratitude. You yourself are a work in progress and as such will have highs and lows. Enjoy those, embrace those. Do not feel ashamed, but look, examine and learn and then don't keep what doesn't suit the you you would like to create. And now, from that place...start with your dreams, loves, plans, family, friends, community at large...whatever it is you can imagine.
