Last night. 3:12 am. Charlie has bad diaper rash and it wouldn't let her sleep poor thing... so I lathered her up with cream and crawled into her crib to make her feel better. Here's a shout out to all of the parents out there making it work. It's not always rainbows. In fact, most of the time it's hard hard work. I salute you all. I see you and I feel you. Dave took this pic and I saw it in my phone this morning. Made me smile.
