MY GARLIC ZUCCHINI PIZZA

I used the #flavorgod Garlic Lovers which is a customer favorite!

This pizza was beyond delicious and easy to prepare. Zucchini was the crust in this recipe. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS FOR CRUST:
?1- large egg
?3-small-medium zucchinis (mine were about 8″)
?1/2 cup- grated parmesan
?1/2 cup-rice flour or any (flour)
?3 tbsp-chopped fresh basil
?1 tbsp-fresh oregano
?1 tbsp-#flavorgod pink s&p
?3 tbsp-#flavorgod garlic or any flavor

INGREDIENTS FOR TOPPINGS:
♦Tomato sauce
♦Grated firm mozzarella cheese
♦yellow or red diced tomatoes
♦5 garlic cloves diced and roasted
♦6-7 basil leaves

DIRECTIONS:
?Preheat oven to 450 degrees
?Grate the zucchini
?Sprinkle with #flavorgod pink s&p
?let sit for 15 minutes then squeeze excess water. Best to use cheese cloth and squeeze to get zucchini as dry as possible
?Mix together all the Ingredients for crust listed above
?Spread parchment paper on baking sheet and Spread out zucchini batter about 1/2 inch thick
?place in oven and cook until brown, about 15-20 minutes
?Take the crust out of the oven and top with all of your TOPPINGS and put back into the oven until cheese on top is melted. Sprinkle top of fresh pizza with your favorite #FlavorGod seasonings and enjoy!
