@ドミニクアンセルベーカリー's new Izakaya Afternoon Tea service, our take on #afternoontea for two just for #Tokyo, with matcha ganache-filled chocolate "edamame" beans inside real edamame shells, soft "tamago" made of thin egg crepes layered with white chocolate jasmine cream, handmade "Gyoza" that's actually soft Gyu-hi mochi filled with anko (red bean paste) and custard, creamy vanilla panna cotta "tofu" with caramel sauce poured overtop, and cream puff "takoyaki" filled with gianduja and topped with chocolate shavings (just like katsuo-bushi!) and a drizzle of white chocolate. It's all served up with ice cold beer, but in this case, it's sparkling peach tea with coconut meringue foam on top. ?
