Yep, declawing is legal torture and cruelty that is sadly being done to around 5000 cats a day in America by very unethical and greedy veterinarians. ???
I received this newspaper clipping today from my friend, Sandra Atlas Bass, who is the amazing person and philanthropist, who I became friends with. A couple months ago, I inspired Mrs Bass to ask @animalleague to support the bill in NY that would ban this cruelty and torture. So she asked and they did.???
Hopefully this year good will win over evil and we will get this cat protection bill in NY passed. The evil forces with the New York State Veterinary Medical Society will try to stop the bill again but let's hope the legislators don't buy into their lies and deceit about this mutilating and harmful procedure.
