GM Friends !!! Here's a reminder: u can only be u & guess what ? That's not a bad thing! To know there can only be one of u & no duplicates is an amazing thing. I used to kill myself trying to look like something I'm not, from extreme dieting to extreme working out. Ppl saying I'm fat (as a kid), I'm too curvy (as a young adult) , til one day I realized that it did t matter. All that does matter is my health & well being. So what I squat 300lbs, who cares if I'm fit & curvy, I'm happy w me & thats all that matters. I'll never be a size 0 without starving myself , I'll never be 100lbs, but I'm not trying to be like anyone but me. My genetic built , my body type , it is what it is. So accept urself, embrace all that u are & take each day with a peep in ur step. BC U ARE U!!! So keep growing , keep building & keep going ??Get better if u want to get better but do it for u & trust the process , don't kill urself comparing who u want to be like. Bc u are beautiful #GetFitWithVice
