They say Filipino moms want you to have the traditional life. I heard it all the time from aunts and uncles..."be a nurse, or a doctor". Like @jokoy put it "what da puck you talking about dream"? ?

I had/have a mother like no other. She always use to say "having a 9-5pm job and kids is a easy/hard and amazing way to live...but if you dream of being in the music industry...do it. Life is too short to do something you're not passionate about". I thank God every day for giving me this gorgeous woman for a mother.
She moved to Canada because she wanted a better life for her kids. She's the woman who encouraged my father to start his own business (which is now thriving and allows my family to live a beautiful life #spoiledaughterforever). She's a strong loving mother of 4. She beat breast cancer twice and STILL kicks ass in everything she does. She is the definition of a Boss babe. I love you mama. Happy Mothers Day to you and all you selfless moms ?
