Happy Mother's Day, to mine and every mother, biological or otherwise, who have given and will continue to give so much of themselves to help us grow.
You protect.
You nurture.
You wipe butts and tears.
You feed and clothe while still teaching the independence to do both alone.
You watch us leave, as heart breaking as it is, and yet STILL keep your arms open for when we stumble and come back.
And you remind us of our worth while still letting us learn our own lessons so that we may grow.
