Our new Fraise Candiss Tart at #DominiqueAnselBakery, made with fresh French farmers market strawberries, vanilla mascarpone ganache, strawberry jam, and almond frangipane in a vanilla sablé tart shell. Candiss strawberries are harvested in France a bit sooner than other strawberries in Spring and have a unique conical shape and fragrant aromatic flavor. Beautiful. ?
