As the only Native American family in a tough town in Oklahoma City, from a young age #BlakePickens aspired to use his love of acting, writing, and creating to free himself and his family. At USC’s Cinematic Arts program, he met his producing partner Stephen Love, Jr. Their first feature, The Land, premiered at Sundance and was released by IFC Films.
