My mom has grown up a life long baseball fan. Her mother taught her the love of the game and she passed it down to us. She instilled in my sister and I the values that it takes to be a good person and a good ball player. From the time I was 6 years old and picked up a softball she has been my number one fan. She has a busy schedule but always found time to support my sister and I from coaching, to team mom she always helped out in any way. My mom truly embodies the spirit of baseball. She demonstrates hard work but also remembers to have fun! We have grown up watching the diamondbacks. 1998 and 2001 are important Diamondbacks years but also important years in her life. They are the years my sister and I were born. She is the biggest diamondbacks fan around and deserves to throw out the first pitch on Mothers Day! #DbacksMom
