Fighter- someone who not easily admit defeat in spite of difficulties or opposition.

I am a fighter by definition, we all are in some way or another. No matter how perfect things may seem on the outside...we ALL have our challenges, hardships & insecurities. .
Just like you, I have dealt with some pretty heavy things, not ever getting to meet my father is one of them.
.
He passed away before I was born while my mother was pregnant. ? I think about him everyday and I was sad and angry a lot as a teenager bc of it. I felt cheated.
.
I also never really knew that by working for @UFC I would be thrown into the spotlight and scrutinized so heavily.
.
As you know, people can be very cruel and I used to obsess over it, I read all the blogs and nasty comments that people would say like "she's too skinny, she has a boy body" I tried to not let it get to me but there were some nights that I cried myself to sleep.
.
Then one day I snapped and I decided to fuel all of that negative energy into positive.
.
I vowed to take all the negativity and use it to fuel my positive ACTIONS.
.
I started finding out my favorite types of workouts like Kickboxing.
.
I learned that working out was one of my true passions. It gave me happy feelings every time I did it.
.
This is when fitness turned into a lifestyle. I am now as confident as I've ever been in my life and it took a lot to get there!
.
This is a big reason I love being a part of @1stphorm is how much they CARE about each other & HELP each other fight their battles. It brings together people of all shapes, colors, backgrounds. @andyfrisella you have truly built something special & Im super proud to be a part of @1stphorm! .
