Big thanks to @swannard for helping me out yesterday at the #comeandsenditfestvol2 comp! I pulled or overworked my right side shoulder trap and neck muscles this last Tuesday and was in a good bit of pain while trying to climb leading up to the comp. Comp day it felt a tad better, but still felt like there was a pinched muscle in my neck. ? I met the wonderful @swannard after the redpoint point round and she kindly worked on my arm. As there are no quick fixes it still is a bit hurt, but she made it SO much easier to climb on it and try my hardest for the comp!!! Looks like it worked!!! ???? Thank you again and again @swannard , his was very nice of you to help me out!!! Time for a few rest days and then back at it!!! ?? #anotherwin #psyched #tryhard #pressurecooker ?
