I think a lesson for me in this season is learning to stop and relish in a simple moment no matter what the trail looks like. To enjoy the little things when they come, whether a cappuccino at a local cafe or a smile shared with a loved one. Even amidst life's waves, ups, downs, heartaches and delights, changing weather and terrain, I still think there is a way to pause and enjoy the beautiful moments that roll in like a soft breeze on a warm day.
