We are into our first week of MOTHER and I am so honored to co lead this amazing group of women with my MOTHER partner @nataliechristensencoaching ::it's amazing how we as women as mothers often don't know how to take care of ourselves : the taking care of I'm talking about- is making room for our feelings -making space for the bits and pieces that aren't always pretty so that we dont need to lose it over the little things. Taking care looks like connection::
