Thursday: Baghdad Baid Masus, or Special Baghdad Eggs with a twist ??? using Chinese chives 韭菜 that give a wonderfully soft and sweet garlic flavour with crumbled labneh, topped with sorrel, parsley, sesame and extra virgin olive oil with a side of Swedish rye crisp bread and a cup of tea. The recipe is in my book and infinitely delicious ❤❤❤
