For the Veggie Burgers
?1 cup - cooked quinoa
?1 head - cauliflower (about 6 cups florets)
?3-4 - tablespoons oil, divided
?2 tbsp - #flavorgod Italian Zest
?¾ cup - shredded cheese
?2 tbsp - garlic / minced
?1/2 cup -panko crumbs or more walnuts
?1/4 cup - ground walnuts
?2 - eggs
?1½ teaspoon - #flavorgod Himalayan salt & pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400* degrees. Cook quinoa according to package directions.

Cut cauliflower into florets, place on baking sheet, drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil and sprinkle #flavorgod to taste.
Roast for 25 minutes. Let cool.
Pulse in food processor till small pieces.

Combine cauliflower,quinoa,Flavorgod, panko crumbs,cheese, eggs,and #flavorgod S&P.
In an oiled or nonstick pan over medium heat, cook burgers until golden brown on each side, flipping very carefully to avoid breaking.

** when cooking the burgers, getting a good sear on one side before flipping will help the patties stay together!
