Not minding a little stretch session on the beach today. Loved this photo because it shows of the guns a little bit, something I'm sometimes uncomfortable highlighting. Society gives women the most insane body requirements, one being not to be too* strong. It's hilarious tho bc when you don't flex, they'll tell you you aren't working hard enough and when you do, you'll be too "manly." 😂 @1stphorm & I believe in saying f*ck the criticism!
