Purina makes millions of dollars a year from declawing. They make the number one cat litter, Yesterday's News, for declawed cats. Most of the declawing vets sell, recommend, and use Yesterday's news for the cats they amputated their toes and claws. Purina has a mutually beneficial relationship with declawing vets. Purina should help us educate the public about this inhumane, cruel, and harmful procedure and also should educate cat owners on why cats need their toes and claws for so many aspects of their health and well-being.
