Hey,
Afternoon siesta = time to write 😉
I didn't post a lot of informations about my workouts last time so let me do this now. For last 5 years I workout at the gym 3 times a week with personal trainer. I also do tabata everyday. When I am in travel I change a little my workout routine and do more intervals instead of gym. I built my 🍑 mostly by doing glutes bridges and hip thrusts with big weights . When I do squats or lunges I don't add big weights because I want to avoid tights growth. I don't workout to have big muscles everywhere - I had my body goal 5 years ago and all my trainings were focused to achieve it. There are many people around who judge my body look because they can't put it in a scheme. But... In the same moment there are people who are supportive and give me motivation to move forward. And I am blessed to have them in my life ☺ I keep telling you... You are you. You can be successful and happy on your path, and someone else can be successful on their own path. Everyone's goals and bodies are different so let me repeat once again... stop comparing yourself to others and start living your life to it's fullest ❤❤❤
