My very first yoga instructor always taught me that whenever I avoided any yoga pose, which I always avoided anything on my head or ground facing, was the pose I needed the most in my life. It was a sign that I needed to face something front on, confronting my fears! And I did just that! Now here I am today so comfortable just sitting in any one of these poses!
