One of the things I love most about my job is getting to work on projects that continue to have a life beyond their original launch date. Working on #inthecompanyofwomen was one of the greatest moments of my work life so far and I've been excited to see the way it's lived on beyond the book tour to inspire regional versions, collaborations, and deeper discussions about amazing women in business. That discussion is one that's always going in my head, so I was excited to hear from the team at @anntaylor about how much their team enjoyed the book. That conversation turned into a new idea that launches this week- an online interview series called Inspired By where I'll interview a series of incredible women (from all types of businesses, and representing a wide range of ages, stages of business, backgrounds, etc.) about their life and work.
