Who can relate? 😩😩😩 I HAD to do this video. If you follow my snap, this seriously was me last week 😩 I felt like death. Emotional and eating my feelings. Kyler had no idea what the hell was going on. That was a fun talk to have with my 9 year old 😑Instead of continuing the cycle (no pun intended) I forced myself to get out of bed and get my life together. I went to the @1stphorm gym and felt 100000% better. My uterus wanted to replicate a Heavy Metal concert in my body but I prevailed. Men will never understand but when you see your lady start to show signs... listen to her and love her.
