Last one from the march yesterday with Manaría and Gloria Ushigua of the Sapara people of Ecuador. Like so many indigenous peoples, their community and culture are threatened by climate change, oil drilling, and deforestation. Regardless of our political views, race, gender, or economic status we must come together to stop climate change. We must fight for a happier and healthier planet for all, especially those that will be most affected by climate change.
