Basicly my shape returned to me and I was ready to fight for a high result. But it's hard to believe, starting warming up before the start, I unexpextedly slipped from the warm-up wall. I was still cold and my muscles were not ready to hold me so instantly. My muscles instantly tensed and the muscle responsible for rotation of the body to the right side overstressed. At that moment I did not even realise how serious it was. Now I understand how important it is. I can not do a lot of motions. Very sad situation. Good to understand that throughout my career, it is a first time I went to a physiotherapist after the start. Fingers crossed for a fast recovery!
