Loved training these 6 right there in this class! ?❤️ My heart is full when I see the youth nowadays smile on the dance floor. We need more of that! You would think that expressing happy feelings while dancing is easy but so many ppl find it difficult. Way more than expressing an anger, frustration. But when you really let go, let go of all your silly blockages in your mind and you remain present in a moment when the music just guides your body to move - then the magic happens. ?☺️
