#ad Sunday is National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day! As most of you know, I adopted Hammy from the Humane Society about 5 years ago. He was feral and wasn't the most playful or cuddly kitten at the shelter...actually he hissed at everyone and didn't want to leave his cage...but when he fell asleep in my hands I knew we had a bond. Now he's the coolest, most playful little dude who needs to cuddle on an hourly basis.
