Partnered with @gladproducts last night to host the first #salvagesupperclub dinner in LA. Our dinner was made from completely repurposed food that would have otherwise gone to waste and ended up in a landfill!Families in America waste about $1600 worth of food per year. There are so many ways we can conserve, protect and use all of our food! Last night was fun, enlightening and delicious.
