There's nothing more important and satisfying to me than knowing I've been able to use this gift the good Lord gave me to pass along to the youth of my hometown. I'm so proud of the work we've done with my Jake Owen Foundation and teaming up with Boys and Girls Club to give after school programs for kids that want to learn music.. we have after school programs and awesome counselors that help mold these awesome kids. Makes my heart happy. It's not about the awards, the number 1 songs come, the fame or the fortune... it's about making a difference. Leaving a legacy. I couldn't be more proud of this.
