It's amazing how some people can have the life and opportunities that others would die for---- and they throw it all away with not being able to control their emotions and letting stupid pride cause them to make ridiculous decisions. This man was a GREAT football player, had a HUGE CONTRACT was on the BEST TEAM in The NFL and had LOVE in his life and was ENGAGED- and risked ALL of that on some "gangster sh*t" murdering someone and this morning he committed suicide. Former #NFL star #AaronHernandez, who was serving a life sentence for a #murder conviction and just days ago was acquitted of a double murder, died after hanging himself in his #prison cell early Wednesday, #Massachusetts prisons officials said.
#Hernandez, 27, was found by guards in his cell at the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center in Shirley just after 3 a.m., Department of Correction spokesman Christopher Fallon said in a statement.
The former #NewEngland #Patriots tight end was pronounced dead at #UMass Memorial-HealthAlliance Hospital in Leominster about an hour later.
