I am feeling down today because so many of my friends are still at the shelter, alone in their kennels. I really want them to find amazing homes. Can you please help me share their stories? This is Legend…

Wantagh, NY: Legend was found as stray in *December 2015* and has been at the shelter ever since 😥 Years have passed by and now he's about 3 years old and a big boy at around 90lbs. He's super cute and unique so he had a DNA test and it said he is an American Bulldog / Boxer mix.

Legend is friendly with people, playful with toys, and loves attention - which is sad because he has to spend most of the day alone. You can see how sad and depressed he has gotten. After living at the shelter for so long the shelter said he can be uncomfortable around other dogs so he would prefer to be the only pet but he may be able to live with another large calm dog - a meet with your dog is required at the shelter in NY to see if they are compatable. No small dogs and no cats. Because he's a big boy he is approved for an adult home 17+. You might wonder - why has he been there so long? Well just like i was, he's one of 100 dogs at a busy shelter, and just like I was - he's invisible. So lets get him seen and lets get hime a home! 💚 xox Tully
