I felt like crap today but my students are so worth the pain. I take an hour to talk shit but it's the shit talking that inspires the music I pick. I was talking about how I saw Roy Ayers performing in Miami for WMC and I had to share his brilliant music. My quote at the end of this vid is exactly how I feel. For me it's so much better to dance to real music like this...it brings something else out of you that you can't get with today's music.
