These Mini Chocolate Mint Whoopie Pies are a cinch for a high protein mint chocolate dessert!
1️⃣. Heat two Mint Chocolate Chunk Quest Bars until soft and shape into six small disks, letting them cool until hardened.
2️⃣. Scoop ENLIGHTENED Chocolate Ice Cream between two disks and freeze until sold.
3️⃣. Dip your whoopie pies in melted white chocolate for a decadent finishing touch! Freeze again and serve.
