Happy Sunday friends! I'm SO excited for Monday, I always prep Sundays with lists and lots of mental organizing to get ready for the productive week ahead! If you anticipate the beginning of every week and the work ahead gives you anxiety, maybe you don't hate Mondays, maybe you just hate your job! It might be time for a change of direction... maybe start something new, even if it is just a hobby, or new book. Always have something, big or small, just for YOU, to look forward to outside of the 9-5... I have my documentaries, weed, new books, crystals, and of course the gym. If you can't change your job, change your perspective, hobbies, & maybe a few small habits, and a bigger shift may follow suit in tune with your new found positivity!
