I used to be really self conscious about my muscle and felt embarrassed to show it because it wasn't society's "feminine look". But as I've grown I've seen how the most sexy women are the confident ones no matter their shape and size. If you're proud of what muscle you've build and earned, don't EVER be ashamed or embarrassed by it! I think it's awesome that more women are building more muscle now, it's healthy, empowering, and attractive. But the most important thing to remember is that YOU get to decide what's beautiful for YOU! Don't EVER let someone's silly comment or snide remark stop you from working on the best YOU that you can be!
