‘#Cusco is a beautiful and vibrant city. Considering I was about to spend days trekking the Inca trail, I clocked up some additional kilometres wandering around Cusco’s cobblestone streets.
A blend of Incan foundations and Spanish colonial architecture can be seen everywhere. I fell in love with the handmade textiles and traditional clothing and hats worn by the indigenous Quechua women and men. The design, colours and embellishments all have meaning that varies between each region of #Peru.
