Dan Farnworth is an emergency medical technician for the Northwest ambulance service. A couple of years ago he had a traumatic experience on the job and started having flashbacks and nightmares later diagnosed as PTSD. He reached out and confided in colleague Rich Morton and attributes that conversation to helping him overcome it.

Dan and Rich's story is one of ten films, commissioned by The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry for @Heads_Together which feature people from all walks of life, talking about the life changing conversation that helped them cope with their mental health problems.
