I'm trying to make new good habits:
1) wake up at 5:30am everyday
2) workout at 7am
A lot of people ask me what keeps me fit and pilates is one of them. I do pilates at least 3 times a week, in between my other workouts. Mikael joined me for my 7am class today! Happy Sunday everyone ☀️ sending good vibes to all of you ? #trainlikemegan
