Don't look down, you're not going that way. Looking back is so different than looking down. Look back to see how far you have come. Look back to stay grounded in where you came from. Look back to be proud of the road you have traveled & let that motivate you to do more.

I'm lucky to have my family & friends who force me to take moments to look back & reflect. Once I reach a goal I set another & start working on it. Rarely do I take time to revile in a moment or be proud of myself because I'm so quick to move on to the next. My friends and family are good in making me slow down & take those times & I think it's so important. It helps me appreciate things more. Why are we so scared to say "I'm proud of myself!"?? It's not cocky or a negative thing to say that...if you work hard & have accomplished what you set out to do then be proud of yourself! ?????? You deserve it! Take the time to look back and see how far you have come. Look back to remember who supported you from the start. Look back but DO NOT look down.
