Don't take your health for granted ??? I'm also trying my best* here, but these are a few simple things I do to stay fit:
• Eat healthy
• Exercise
• Stay hydrated
• Sleep well
• Take #BearBrand as #TemanMurni, especially when I get constipated or feel a bit unwell
*finding time to exercise is the hardest for me, but we'll see ???
