It feels soooo good to be finally back on the rock ??? today was the first time i climbed in my normal climbing shoe since july (nearly without any pain). Ooh and i can also walk without limping. I still have a pice of bone on a really stupid place in the joint which can't get fixed or removed so the doctor said i have to stiffen this joint but a ? last thursday helpt like a miracle.
