Here is my Touch of the Luck of the Irish nails tutorial ☘️! Below are steps for regular polish with powders ▪️paint nails with any base color and let dry ▪️apply chrome powder gently with clean finger tip, then use another clean finger to wipe off extra powder ▪️ apply peel off base coat and let dry, don't forget to float the coat
?For stamping, I added this over peel off base before applying top coat, you cannot skip the top coat step for vinyls
▪️apply top coat and seal the free edge ▪️create any designs desired and finalize with one more round of top coat
